Many Can’t Afford Health Care While 1% Reap Benefits
I don’t know how else you sum up this article from The Atlantic Wire today: Health Care CEO’s Lavish Pay Package Shows How the 1% Get Paid
Tens of millions of Americans lack health care insurance and many more struggle to afford basic care. At least some of the costs that people struggle with could be reduced – even a little bit – if this country’s values made it unacceptable for CEOs to be paid obscene amounts, particularly in the health care industry.
