It’s Important To Remember That Adrian Never Intended To Harm His Son
Adrian Peterson's attorney said, "It's important to remember that Adrian never intended to harm his son and deeply regrets the unintentional injury." And to that statement I say "fuck you" to Adrian Peterson and his attorney. And if you have no idea who Adrian Peterson is, that is of little consequence to what I have to say. See, it doesn't work that way. You don't get to do something intentionally bad (and yes, it is intentional), then say you didn't intend to do it and you are now sorry. I mean, you can do this of course, but we will call you out on your bullshit and condemn you for child abuse. Because the reason a person chooses to hit or beat their child is because the harm (which again is intentional) is what supposedly teaches the child to not repeat an undesirable act. So do not preach to me that there is no intentional harm, because if there was no intentional harm, you would not hit your child with a switch, a belt, or whatever. Because harm is the outcome of physical punishment, you can not separate the two.
