Insomniac Edition: Live From Daryl’s House: Grace Potter and the Nocturnals – Paris (Ooh La La)
From Episode 45 of Live from Daryl’s House.
Wikipedia — Grace Potter and the Nocturnals is an American rock band from Vermont. Formed in 2002 in Waitsfield, they began their career as an indie band, self-producing their albums and touring extensively in the jam bands and music festivals circuit, playing as many as 200 gigs in a year.
The band’s appeal and public image is largely due to lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Grace Potter (born 20 June 1983), who is well known for her vocal qualities (sometimes compared to rock and blues cult singers like Janis Joplin or Koko Taylor) as well as for her vibrant energy on stage.
